To ensure best fit, please measure your child and pick a size based upon their measurements and NOT by age.

Nyla Leotards before, I strongly suggest you measure and not go by your gymnasts current leotard size from another brand.

How to measure
Chest: at the widest part of the ribcage (usually just under the armpits)
Waist: at the smallest part between the ribcage and hips
Waist: at the smallest part between the ribcage and hips
Hips: between the hipbone and crotch at the widest part of the body.
Torso: start at the shoulder, down the chest through the legs and up the back to meet at the same shoulder.

Required Measurements
Leotards & Unitards- Waist, Chest & Torso - the torso is the most important measurement for leotards and unitards.
Crop Tops - Chest & Waist
Shorts- Waist & Hips
